PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferrule of a stick with a seat joined with a pedestal via a flexible shaft in which the deflection of the flexible shaft does not obstruct the turn of the seat around the axis even when the flexible shaft is deflected. SOLUTION: In the ferrule of the stick, a flexible shaft 6 comprises a rubber seat body 12 which is formed of a rubber integrated with a pedestal body 1, has a slip seat 9 formed of a wear resistant hard resin and having a screw hole attached to the center of the shaft end, has a screwed shaft 12 with a head part seated on an upper surface of a bottom seat 3 which is passed in a through hole 10 pierced from the bottom seat 3 to the shaft end, and a joining seat 14 formed of a wear resistant hard resin having a through hole in the center, and the joining seat 14 is turnably attached to the slip seat 9 via the screwed shaft 12.
