PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a polymer alloy having high impact strength and stiffness by using a polyester resin as the main ingredient. SOLUTION: This polymer alloy comprises 30-90 wt.% polyester resin, 5-20 wt.% carboxylic acid-modified ethylene-α-olefin copolymer, and 5-50 wt.% propylene polymer or 5-50 wt.% ethylene polymer having a density lower than 0.920 g/cm3. Reclaimed polyethylene terephthalate can be used as the polyester resin. As the acid-modified ethylene-α-olefin copolymer, anα,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid graft modification is preferable. A propylene-ethylene block copolymer is preferable as the propylene polymer; and a crystalline or amorphous ethylene-α-olefin copolymer, as the ethylene polymer. Preferably, this polymer alloy has an Izod impact strength (notched) at -20 deg.C of 40 J/m or higher.
