PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscopic medical apparatus capable of connecting an endoscope-related device and a peripheral device easily and speedily without breaking the devices due to the connection. SOLUTION: This endoscopic medical apparatus comprises an endoscope- related device 1 attached to an endoscope, a cylindrical electric connector 3 mounted on the device 1, a peripheral device 2 electrically connected to the device 1, a connector retainer part 7 mounted on the device 2 to retain the connector 3 of the device 1, ring-shaped first electric connecting parts 4 disposed all along the circumference of the connector 3, ring-shaped second electric connecting parts 8 disposed in the connector retainer part 7 to be electrically connected to the first electric connecting parts 4 when the connector 3 is retained in the connector retainer part 7, and a position determining means for determining the position of the connector 3 in the axial direction for a retainer part 9 consisting of a position determining member 5 mounted on the connector 3 and the ring-shaped retainer part 9 mounted on the connector retainer part 7 to retain the position determining member 5.
