PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of design by eliminating projected portion called a wing portion or reduce the size of a main body supporting a stool lid. SOLUTION: A stool lid 12 is provided, which is supported in a freely openable manner by a main body 16 having an almost triangular longitudinal section and a supporting body 17 near the apex of the main body 16, and the main body 16 comprises a regulating section which adjusts the pressure or flow of washing water moving downstream to the specified values of pressure or flow regardless of the state of water supply, an adjusting section which adjusts the washing water adjusted to the specified pressure or flow by the adjusting section further to the state of each user's taste, and a discharge section which discharges the washing water adjusted to the user's taste to the private parts of the user.
