PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant level valve capable of simplifying a structure to miniaturize and, at the same time, having the beautiful exterior appearance. SOLUTION: A constant level valve is equipped with a water supply pipe 11 having one end extended to a direction crossing with the surface of the water and, at the same time, having the other end connected to a water supply source, an opening and closing valve 15 having a valve section 16 mounted so as to cover an opening section made in the water supply pipe 11 and a valve stem section 17 connected to the lower surface of the valve section 16, a floating ball 20 held on one end of the water supply pipe 11 in a movable manner in the vertical direction and a joint line 25 having one end connected to the lower end of the valve stem section 17 of the opening and closing valve 15, at the same time, the other end connected to the floating ball 20 and one end guided to a direction crossing with the direction of an axis of the valve stem section 17, and the opening and closing valve 15 is inclined through the joint line 25 only when the floating ball 20 is lowered from a specific position to open a waterway.
