PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a versatile precasting technique in the case of molding a wall panel or a handrail of a veranda and to realize a corner of a wall at a low cost without using a special purposed corner panel or a special purpose mold for the panel at a corner of a building. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a precast wall panel comprises the steps of bridging many cotter frames and forming many rectangular forms by molding a plurality of precast wall panels between long upper chordal frame and lower chordal frame fixed onto a flat surface, disposing spacer plates of relatively easily collapsible or deformable materials on inner surfaces of the upper and lower frames, casting concrete its inside to cure it, and then removing it from the form without removing the upper and lower forms.
