Compounds of formula I or salts thereofwhere for example Y is a group of the formula (i)and R1 is a group of formula (ii)are provided along with compositions containing them and processes for their preparation. The compounds are P2-purinoreceptor 7-transmembrane G-protein coupled receptor antagonists, and are useful in the treatment of inflammatory conditions.
