PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with packaging material for a straw and reduce the number of manufacturing processes and the manufacturing cost by housing a straw with a float in a paper case. SOLUTION: A straw 2 is provided in its lower part with a float 3 and at its sucking port with a straw guide seal 5. A space is formed between the straw and the straw guide seal and the space is completely sealed by a straw cap 6 and then that part is completely packaged by a seal tape 4.
