PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability of a washing machine constructed for displaying a selection between combinations of processes sequentially in a process display unit every time when a single process key is operated. SOLUTION: A storage unit storing a first standard combination A and a second standard combination B among a plurality of kinds of combinations of processes stores a combination of processes carried out last time. A control unit determines whether the combination B is carried out last time or not (step A2) when a process key is operated once, and if it is YES, the combination B is displayed in a process display unit at the first (steps A3, A4). Then, if the process key is operated subsequently, the combination A is displayed (steps A5, A8, A9). If the step A2 shows NO, the combination A is displayed at the first (steps A2, A8, A9), and subsequently, each of combinations B, C, D... is displayed in this order in every operation of the process key.
