PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a mounting space for a power unit and to improve the reliability of the power unit and the various kinds of controllers. SOLUTION: In this game machine for which the power unit 24 capable of supplying power to the various kinds of the controllers 12-14 on a game panel back surface side at least is disposed on the back surface side of a front surface frame 2 for attaching a game panel, the power unit 24 is provided with a power source substrate for generating the various kinds of the power and a housing box 27 provided with a heat discharging opening part for discharging heat generated on the power source substrate to the outside. A protective cover 33 for covering the various kinds of the controllers 12-14 on the game panel back surface side is attached to the back surface side of the front surface frame 2 and the power unit 24 is disposed adjacently to the protective cover 33. Also, for the protective cover 33, a heat discharging space 42 is formed at the upper part of the power unit 24 and a power source cover part 43 for covering the upper part of the power unit 24 is provided.
