PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide vehicle mounting parts having vibration insulation properties equal to or more than those of natural rubber around normal temperatures and, simultaneously, capable of effecting an integral molding such as insert molding. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic elastomer composition comprising (A) a polyolefin based thermoplastic crosslinked elastomer and (B) a polystyrene/vinyl/ polyisoprene triblock copolymer at a mixing weight ratio of component (A) to component (B) of 90-70:10-30 is used as the vibration insulator. The polyolefin based thermoplastic crosslinked elastomer (A) is preferably the one to be obtained by crosslinking polypropylene and a butyl rubber. Further, a fixture 1 including, e.g. a wire harness can be obtained by subjecting a hard flame 4 composed of a thermoplastic hard resin and an elastic support 2 and a press member 3 which are composed of the thermoplastic elastomer to integral molding.
