<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sintered compact usable again as an industrial resource, excellent in strength and hardness and lasting its shape, which is manufactured by mixing ash produced at public incineration facilities, ash obtained by incinerating sludge from the public sewage system with clay and kneading, compacting and drying the mixture and then sintering it at high temperature while dioxins (toxic substances, or the like) are heat-treated at a high temperature. SOLUTION: This recyclable sintered compact is manufactured by mixing the incineration ash containing dioxins and other toxic substances, the ash obtained by incinerating the sludge from the public sewage system with the clay, kneading them to obtain raw clay, compacting the raw clay into a desired shape, drying the compact and sintering the dried compact by heating while the contained dioxins (toxic substances, or the like) are heat-treated at a high temperature.</p> |
