<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely stop a lock plate at either a locking position or a superlocking position. SOLUTION: The lock plate 25 is energized by an energizing means 51 so as to be prevented from being rotated from the locking position to the superlocking position. In the case that the lock plate 25 is rotated to the superlocking position, a superlocking circuit is connected to an actuator 44. In addition, in the case that the lock plate 25 is stopped at the locking position, the lock plate 25 is connected to a locking circuit making rotation impossible by overcoming the locking position due to energizing force by the energizing means 51 by connecting a resistor 106 on the way of the circuit to the actuator.</p> |
