PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and reliably mix washing agent without requiring a high- pressure water pump and electric power in a washing work site. SOLUTION: A nozzle tip for jet washing fluid and a gas guide body for approaching jet washing fluid and approximately parallely jetting and guiding gas having the higher speed the jet washing fluid while surrounding the nozzle tip are provided on a jetting device. A water supply pipe is connected to the nozzle tip, a washing agent supply pipe for mixing the washing agent is connected to the water supply pipe, and a compressed gas supply pipe is connected to the gas guide body.
