PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printing plate capable of printing a thick printing coat with an even surface in a neat shape and a method for manufacturing a wiring substrate. SOLUTION: Projecting rails 7 are formed on the squeegee face side of the screen printing plate as shown in Fig. 1 and a printed substrate of a thick printing coat with an even surface in a neat shape is prepared.
