PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative panel having a pattern which has a deep feeling and high design effect applied to the surface thereof and excellent in lightweight properties, ridigity, heat insulating characteristics and moisture impermeability and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: A decorative panel consists of (A) a transparent gel coat resin cured layer, (B) a design imparting layer, (C) a nonwoven fabric layer, (D) a fiber reinforced resin cured layer, (E) a foam layer and (F) a fiber reinforced resin cured layer having an aluminum foil layer on its rear surface which are formed successively from a surface side.
