PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a portable electric mosquito repellent which can evaporate an insecticide to exterminate mosquito and can generate ultrasonic waves to repulse the mosquito by mounting dry batteries in the body of a container to enable the free carried of the electric mosquito repellent, disposing an insecticide-absorbing applicator in an insecticide vessel disposed in the body of the container and heating the insecticide-impregnated applicator with a semiconductor ceramic heater. SOLUTION: This portable electric mosquito repellent is obtained by forming the body of a container in an arbitrary hollow shape, forming a notched hole at the tip of the body of the container, disposing a semiconductor ceramic heater on the inner circumferential wall of the lower portion of the notched hole, cutting away a part of the side wall of the body of the container, disposing an electric source switch in the cut part, disposing an ultrasonic wave generator in the inner and lower portion of the body of the container, mounting and connecting a plurality of dry batteries behind the ultrasonic wave generator, loading an insecticide-charge insecticide vessel having an arbitrary hollow shape on the dry batteries, forming a notched hole at the tip of the insecticide vessel, inserting an insecticide-absorbing applicator into the insecticide vessel, exposing the insecticide-absorbing applicator through the notched hole of the body of the container, and attaching a back surface cover to the back side of the body of the container in a capped state. A belt holder hook having a wall- hooking hole is attached to the back surface cover. The upper end of the body of the container can be covered with a cap.
