PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antifogging polyolefin-based resin film capable of being stably produced without causing fluctuation of extrusion, and excellent in initial antifogging properties at low temperature and persistence of the antifogging properties, and further to provide a cultivating bed by using the same. SOLUTION: This antifogging polyolefin-based resin film is obtained by laminating an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer film and a polyolefin-based resin film. The ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer film contains (a) 0.1-2.0 pts.wt. aliphatic ester of sorbitan, having <=55 deg.C melting point and >=6 hydrophilicity- lipophilicity balance(HLB), (b) 0.05-1.0 pts.wt. aliphatic ester of monoglycerol, having <=50 deg.C melting point and >=5 hydrophilicity-lipophilicity balance(HLB), and 4-8 pts.wt. inorganic filler.
