PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a less-expensive paper tray for display made of a sheet of cardboard in which its shape holding characteristic is superior, it can be assembled easily and it has a superior display effect and superior outer aesthetic appearance. SOLUTION: The paper tray comprises a rectangular base cardboard, a vertical plate folded perpendicular to the base cardboard from a front end edge of the base cardboard, a display plate extending in a downward slant direction from the upper end of the vertical plate in opposition to the base cardboard, and side plates folded up perpendicular to the base cardboard from both side end edges of the base plate. A reinforcing plate for the display plate, an inclined attitude holding plate and a reinforcing plate for the vertical plate are cooperatively arranged in sequence at the front end edge of the side plate through a folding line. Adhering piece is cooperatively arranged at the front end edge of the side plate through the folding line. Each of a reinforcing plate for the display plate and a reinforcing plate for the vertical plate is adhered to the display plate and the vertical plate, respectively. The adhering piece is adhered to the vertical plate.
