<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hydraulic machine and its manufacturing method extending its life by simultaneously improving wear resistance and cavitation erosion resistance. SOLUTION: This hydraulic machine, provided with a water turbine runner 1 and an impeller, has a hard film layer 5 formed by flame spraying in a location receiving a shock by a flow of water or in a base material surface partly of at least the location, the hard film layer 5 is cermet material of matrix by stainless steel of NiCrCoAlSiB alloy adding Co, Al, Si as a main component of Ni, Cr and WC as a carbide dispersed in this matrix, and a component range of the cermet material is characterized by NiCrCoAlSiB: 10 to 35% and WC: 65 to 90% by weight %.</p> |
