PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular reactor capable of preventing redundancy of the reactor from being invited, pressure loss from being increased and erosion from being caused and an oxidation treatment apparatus for to-be-treated organic liquid using the same by enabling easy temperature control at an inlet side of the reactor and keeping flow rate within a preferred range in a whole area of the reactor. SOLUTION: A tubular reactor 1 has a smaller cross-sectional area of a flow passage 6 at an inlet side 6 than that at a base part 5. The above described tubular reactor 1 is recommended to used as a reactor in an oxidation treatment apparatus for to-be-treated organic liquid having the reactor capable of allowing an organic treatment object liquid to undergo oxidation reactor in a supercritical state or a sub-critical state and decomposing and cleaning up the organic liquid.
