PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a homogeneous resin pellet by a method wherein colored or the like powder is quantitatively supplied to a resin extruding apparatus, and uniformly blended in a raw material resin. SOLUTION: A balance 11 connected to a controller 18 is provided, and a powder container 12 into which powder Y is charged, a screw 13 and a motor 14 are installed above the balance 11. Besides, a powder supplier 10 rotated in proportion to an inverter frequency of an inverter 17 connected to the controller 18 by the motor 14, is installed to the resin extruding apparatus 20. The powder Y is quantitatively supplied to the resin extruding apparatus 20 by feed back control per each specific time by the powder supplier 10, heated and kneaded with resin X supplied from a hopper 21 by the resin extruding apparatus 20, and a uniformly blended resin pellet P is manufactured. |
