PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect an object grated by a grater without waste. SOLUTION: This grater 1 is constituted by forming a large number of small protuberances 3 on the surface. Then, a plate-form body 7 equipped with a large number of through holes 5 corresponding with the small protuberances of the grater is detachably attached to the grater 1. In this case, the plate-form body 7 is attached in such a manner that respective small protuberances of the grater may go through respective through holes without gap, and may protrude on the top of the plate-form body.
