PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lure having a shape and functions different from those of a conventional one. SOLUTION: In a first example, this lure comprises a water receiving part capable of holding water and scattering the water formed therein. In a second example, the lure comprises a first body having a lower specific gravity than that of the water and connected to a second body having a higher specific gravity than that of the water. In a third example, the lure comprises a hole part for holding a weight and a lid part installed therein. In a fourth example, the lure is composed so as to be readily greatly movable in either one of left and right directions by operations of a user. In a fifth example, the lure comprises a tapping part for tapping the water surface from the upper part provided therein. In a sixth example, the lure has a noncircular cross section of the body and comprises hook eyes respectively installed on the upper and lower sides of the body.
