PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively combine a fixed partition with movable partitions to provide a layout structure which can effectively show its advantages while compensating the drawbacks of both kinds of partitions, to thereby provide enhanced comfort and ease of planning and reduce costs. SOLUTION: In this house partitioning structure, a living space 1 which is approximately rectangular on plan view is sectioned by partitions to arrange at least three rooms therein. One fixed partition 3 and three movable partitions 10-12, 13-15, 16-18 are arranged, with the fixed partition 3 arranged to extend from approximately the longitudinal center of one side of the living space 1 to approximately the center of the living space 3 and the three movable partitions arranged to extend from the other three sides of the living space 1 to approximately the center of the living space 1.
