PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key control system of a store house capable of facilitating the control of a key, having high safety and being simplified. SOLUTION: A key control system of a store house controlling a plurality of valuables store houses by a single master machine is equipped with the master machine writing the validity period information in a memory of a key and issuing a new key and the store house having such a function that the validity period information written in the memory of the new key is written in a personal memory, at same time, a specific code is written in the memory of the key and that the new key is registered as the personal key. The store house operates a clock based on the validity period information of the new key, the code of the inserted key is verified only during the operation of the clock, and a door of the store house is opened only by the key registered as the personal key. It is in a state of standing by after the clock-count-down, and it is in a non-operating state until the new key is inserted.
