<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an inclination stripe in an image inconspicuous as much as possible in a dot sequence recording, thereby improving image quality. SOLUTION: There is disclosed a recorder that executes dot sequence recording on a recording medium which is relatively moved in a direction perpendicular to a recording head. A plurality of lines 250, 251 of recording element arrays 230 each having a plurality of recording elements 240 are provided in parallel to each other.
