PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fish paste product which has an improved commodity appearance and enhances the enjoyment of eating by applying various decorations to the surface of a fish paste product by an inexpensive and sanitary means. SOLUTION: This fish paste product 10 is produced by molding the paste product of a fish paste with food additives into a disk-like shape, printing characters 11 and a design 12 on the surface of the molded product with an ink comprising a cacao-based pigment and caramel, and then frying the product with a heated edible oil. |
