SOLUTION: In this partition wall 12, a partition structure, and a building to use the same, a heavy surface material 15 and a surface material 16 are each pasted to a plurality of vertical substrate shaft materials 17 and horizontal substrate shaft materials 18, and vibration isolating rubber 19 is provided between the surface material 5 and 16 and the substrate shaft materials 17 and 18.
