PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit type building in which an opening for a pipe space can be formed easily to a floor face material and the kinds of building units may be reduced. SOLUTION: The nearest grid on one side of the installation reference grid G1 of a water-related facility 24 is used as an opening reference grid G2 as the installation reference of an opening 25A for a pipe space, and a part of the opening 25A for the pipe space is brought into contact with the installation reference grid G1 while the center of the opening 25A is positioned at the same place as a place, where the opening reference grid G2 passes. Accordingly, since the opening for the pipe space is formed in response to the installation reference grid of the water-related facility, the positions of the installation of the openings for the pipe spaces are limited in a fixed number, and the fixed positions of the openings can be selected and formed in response to a plan. Thus, the kinds of the building units may be reduced.
