PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the mounting structure of a sill in which can be removed easily when the sill must be removed for the extension and alteration of a building such as a residence. SOLUTION: A tapped hole 4a is bored to the top face of a concrete foundation 1, and the sill 2 is installed onto the top face of the foundation 1 by screw connection by utilizing the tapped hole 4a. A tapped hole 13a is bored to the underside of the panel frame 12 of an exterior wall panel 3, and the sill 2 is connected to the exterior wall panel 3 by screw connection by utilizing the tapped hole 13a. The sill 2 has a structure accessible to the tapped holes 4a, 13a of the foundation 1 and the exterior wall panel 3 from the outside of the building.
