PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the drain device of a unit bath capable of surely preventing the backflow to a bath-tub pan. SOLUTION: A bath-tub pan 2 is provided downward of a bath-tub 1, a washing place 3 is provided sideways of the bath-tub pan 2, a drain section 11 of the bath-tub 1 is connected to a drain section 21 of the bath-tub pan 2 with a pipe 12, the drain section 21 of the bath-tub pan 2 is connected to a drain section 31 of the washing place 3 with a pipe 22, a backflow prevention device 23 including a float is provided to the drain section 21 of the bath-tub pan 2, and in a drain device of unit bath capable of preventing the backflow to the bath-tub pan 2 through the drain section 21 of the bath-tub pan 2 in the case of draining of the bath-tub 1 the float having the surface of a core with specific gravity less than 1 is coated with a face constituted of a soft material such as silicone rubber or the like.
