PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a foundation for extension and a foundation extending structure performing the extension works of an existing foundation at low cost in a short construction term and sufficiently integrating the concrete of the extension foundation with the concrete of the existing foundation. SOLUTION: The end of reinforcement 3 in concrete 2 for an existing foundation 1 is provided with a male screw part 3a and a long nut 4 is screwed and connected to the male screw part 3a. The long nut 4 is provided in the existing concrete 2 in an embedded state as a screw hole part for connecting its other part of the screw hole 4a to reinforcement for extension foundation. The concrete face 7 to be joined with the concrete for extension foundation is formed into a shear cotter face 13.
