PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road incidental structure with sound absorbing structure capable of reducing noise by imparting sound absorbing property to a necessarily set curb such as boundary block or guard rail itself. SOLUTION: This road incidental structure comprises a sound absorbing structure for covering the road incidental structure. The sound absorbing structure is formed of a porous solid matter. The porous solid matter is formed by kneading an amorphous granular body with a binder followed by solidification, and the granular body has rubber elasticity. Further, a recessed part is formed on the road incidental structure surface side of the sound absorbing structure in order to form an air layer between the sound absorbing structure and the road incidental structure surface, and the sound absorbing structure is attachable to and detachable from the road incidental structure.
