PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming device to uniformly change a tube stock diameter of a mass production by conducting roller forming with using an intermediate frequency induction heating method capable of easily maintaining a heating condition when comparing to the fact that a conventional forming device uses a heating method to utilize a gas burner, a factor directly connecting heating power is hardly maintained fixed, a mass production requirement is not met. SOLUTION: A forming device is provided with a support part, a heating part and a press joining part. The support part rotatably supports a tube stock around its axial center. By using a heating coil energized with an intermediate frequency current in a heating part, the heating coil is moved for the tube stock in the direction parallel to the axial center of the tube stock and in the radial direction. The press joining part is constituted so that by using a press- joining roller rotatable around the axis parallel to the axial center of the tube stock, the press joining roller is moved for the tube stock in the direction parallel to the axial center of the tube stock and in the radial direction. The heating coil and the press joining roller are relatively revolved around the tube stock supported the support part, a radius of the heated tube stock is plastically deformed.
