PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a food composition readily available for woven troubled with acne or PMS caused by hormone imbalance, having higher effects but no side effects. SOLUTION: This food composition is such one as to contain fruit of Italian Vitex cannabifolia or fruit extract and isoflavone or its derivative; wherein it is preferable that 0.1 to 10 pts.wt. of the isoflavone or its derivative is contained in 1 pts.wt. of the fruit extract of Italian Vitex cannabifolia or fruit extract. |
