PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out efficient knock restraining without excessive increase in exhaust temperature, which is practically advantageous, and to carry out an ignition timing control in an appropriate condition. SOLUTION: This knock control device comprising: knocking detection means for detecting knocking generated in an internal combustion engine; and control means for carrying out ignition retard control which retards an ignition timing in response to a detection signal from the knocking detection means. Function for performing control so as to carry out non-synchronous injection of all cylinders upon detection of the knocking by the knocking detection means is added to the above control means. |
