PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug-transpiring composition which maintains the effect of the drug during a long-term use and does not attach to clothes, etc., when used as a portable composition, and a physical decoration article and an insole equipped with this. SOLUTION: A drug-transpiring composition essentially comprises at least one chosen from the group consisting of an alkylene glycol having a molecular weight of >=200, an emulsion, Vaseline (R), a copolymer of propylene oxide and ethylene oxide, a greasy low-molecular polyolefin and starches, which contains a drug, a volatile agent and a drug-transpiring auxiliary which forms voids to allow the drug to be absorbed into the drug-transpiring composition via a capillary action. A physical decoration article is prepared by installing the drug-transpiring composition into a main body part of the decoration article. An insole is prepared by installing a drug-transpiring composition containing a deodorant as a drug into a hole 95 drilled in a shankpiece part 92 on the insole main body 91.
