PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for crane tuning operation capable of making a tuning adjustment simply even manually. SOLUTION: A crane includes a plurality of winch systems structured so that drums 2 and 3 to wind up and down a rope are rotated by hydraulic motors 4 and 5 and the revolving speeds of these motors are controlled by an output processing means (tilt turn regulators 9 and 10), whereby signals are emitted for controlling the revolving speeds of the motors 4 and 5 by the output processing means for each winch system, wherein the arrangement includes a potentiometer 14 to vary the revolving speeds of the motors 4 and 5 with the same characteristics and another potentiometer 15 to emit the control signals for the revolving speeds of the motors 4 and 5 by the output processing means for each winch system and correct the revolving speeds of the motors 4 and 5 in accordance with the characteristics of each hydraulic motor.
