PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a make-up fixing tool which can obtain a stable shapeholding property even when a chemical is impregnated therein, easily remove a cosmetic or a coating material in a relatively narrow part, and minimize the quantity of the chemical to be used. SOLUTION: This make-up fixing tool 1 comprises a shaft member 2 to form a grip part of a body of the tool 1, a first impregnation part 3 fixed to one end of this shaft member 2, and a second impregnation part 4 fixed to the other end of the shaft member 2, and a chemical 5 is impregnated in the first and second impregnation parts 3 and 4. The first impregnation part 3 is formed of a material which can absorb a sufficient quantity of the chemical 5 and has the shape-holding property to hold the shape against the external pressure in a spindle shape, and the second impregnation part 4 is formed of a similar material in a shape in which a plurality of projecting parts 4a of arc-like cross section are provided. The make-up fixing tool has the stable shape-holding property even when the tool is impregnated in the chemical, can easily remove the cosmetic and the wating material in a relatively arrow part, and minimize the quantity of the chemical to be used.
