摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weaving structure of webbing capable of eliminating the projection of woven core threads from the surface side of webbing so as to prevent threads from being frayed or appearance from being deteriorated and a weaving method for webbing less in number of processes and simple in structure. SOLUTION: At the warp 12 of webbing 10, heat fusible thread 20 is woven together with core thread 16 smaller in elongation percentage and larger in elongation rigidity than those of foundation yarns 18. The heat fusible thread 20 is heated temporarily above a melting point so as to adhere the foundation yarns 18 to the core thread 16. By this, a thread-to-thread friction of the foundation yarns 18 and the core thread 16 is increased, and the core thread 16 is not projected from the surface side of the webbing 10 so as to prevent the threads from being frayed and the appearance from being deteriorated. In addition, because the heat fusible thread 20 is heated temporarily above the melting point in a conventional, so-called a heat set process (elongation adjusting process), the number of processes in the weaving process for the webbing 10 can be reduced, and the webbing can be woven easily.
