PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip reducing the man-hours of the fitting work of a fitted member such as an assist grip, a sun visor, or a rod holder and improving the fitting workability. SOLUTION: This clip comprises a clip body having a portion fixed to a fitted member such as the assist grip, sun visor, or rod holder and a leg section coupled with a vehicle panel, an inner clip having a lug integrated with the clip body via a temporary tacking means and coupled with the vehicle panel for permanent tacking, and a pin coupled with the inner clip to stop its release for permanent tacking.
