PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate assemble/disassemble of a transmission, by arranging a main transmission and a shuttle transmission in a front case of a transmission case. SOLUTION: A transmission of a tractor has a transmission case 8 constituted of a front case 40, an intermediate case 41, and rear case 42 which are continuously and longitudinally disposed in a vehicle body and in which power transmission devices are housed. In the front case 40, there are disposed the main transmission 4 for changing over a running speed to a plurality of speed change steps, and a shuttle transmission 6 for changing-over between forward traveling and backward traveling.
