PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect fittingly an air outlet by the bending of an elastic piece provided on the desired position of a sheet material and reduce a cost by not requiring a seal material adhesion. SOLUTION: In an air guide duct 10, oneside foaming resin sheet material 26 is confronted to the position pointing the backside of a vehicular interior member 30, at the arranging time to the inside of the vehicular interior member 30. In this foaming resin sheet material 26, an air flow out port 21 allowing the fitting connection with air outlet 35 is formed on the position matching with the air outlet 35. This air flow out port 21 is partitioned by the bending of plural elastic pieces 23 provided on the foaming resin sheet material 26 and respective elastic pieces 23 are bent elastically when the housing 36 provided on the air outlet 35 is fitted.
