PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable brake rotor and wheel bearing device requiring no deflection adjustment of the brake rotor on the consumer side. SOLUTION: By restricting maximum deflection widths of respective face deflections of an installation face 5a of a brake rotor 5 itself, the rear face 5b thereof and a side face 2a of a wheel mounting flange 2 of an inner member 1 installed with the brake rotor 5 within specific values and installing the brake rotor 5 onto the wheel mounting flange 2, the need for installation of the brake rotor 5 or deflection adjustment after the installation in front of a customer is eliminated to improve reliability of a wheel bearing device for an automobile.
