PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a whiteboard which can be stably installed even on a curved wall face. SOLUTION: On the back side of a board body 1, a plurality of magnet holders 7 are attached, in a freely rocking manner to the right and to the left and at the same time, a magnet 8 is fitted to the tips of the magnet holders 7 and thus the whiteboard is completed. It is preferable that a vertically long mounting shaft 7a is formed, protruding to the board body 1 side, on the magnet holders 7 and a bearing part 9 which pivotally supports the upper and the lower part of the mounting shaft 7a is provided on the board body 1. In addition, the bearing part 9 is preferably formed in such a way that it is dividable forward/backward and firmly holds the upper and the lower part of the mounting shaft 7a of the magnet holder 7 so as to enable free rocking of the magnet holder 7.
