PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a stationery with a new use application of a manuscript forming file, which necessitates not three actions such as the opening of a file, the insertion of papers and the closing of the file necessary conventionally but the one action of the insertion of papers under the state that a filing part and a paper binding are arranged on the left and right of a cover. SOLUTION: In order to file only through the insertion of papers, a method for catching paper holes with holding pins by utilizing the curvings of papers due to the inserting force and their restoring forces or the curvings of the points of the holding pins and their restoring forces are used under the state that the points of the holding pins are arranged so as to push out towards the inserting passage of the papers. By arranging a filing part and a paper binding on the left and right of a cover, three actions necessary for forming a manuscript such as a writing, a reference and a filing can be repeated.
