PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage disposer in which garbage is efficiently dried, the drying time is shortened, malodorous components are prevented from leaking from an interior of a garbage disposer, and the malodorous components are surely decomposed by constantly supplying a sufficient amount of heat to dry the garbage. SOLUTION: Fresh air is introduced from the outside into a drying vessel by sucking malodorous air inside the drying vessel using a malodorous-air sucking means. The fresh air is circulated inside the drying vessel while the fresh air is heated to raise its temperature by using an internal-air circulation means in communication with a crossflow heat exchanger.
