PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic polymer siloxane carrying catalyst capable of solving problems such as the blockage of a passage at the outlet part of an reactor, without using a binder or the like requiring a burning treatment at high temperature, by making a porous molding carry organic polymer siloxane. SOLUTION: This catalyst is characterized in that an organic polymer siloxane having both hydrocarbon group continuing a sulfonic group and that containing a mercapho group is carried on a porous molding.
