PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathtub which prevents deformation of a flange and a lower hung-down part as much as possible and also prevents the beautiful appearance from deteriorating although the bottom of the flange of a synthetic resin bathtub is held by the supporting part of the bathtub on a waterproof pan. SOLUTION: The bathtub is provided with a bathtub body forming a bathing space, a flange stretched to the outside in the whole periphery of the flange, and a hung-down part bent downward from the peripheral edge of the flange and extended down. In the synthetic resin bathtub whose bathtub body is fitted to a fitting hole formed in the waterproof pan and the bottom of the flange is supported by the bathtub support part installed at the periphery of the fitting hole for the bathtub of the waterproof pan and installed thereon, a rib preventing inward warp due to thermal shrinkage is integrally formed so as to extend astride from the outer side than a part supported by the bathtub support at the bottom of the flange to the hung-down part at least at the opposed part to the washing area of the bathroom in the flange and the hung-down part. |
